Raj is a detail-driven, ambidextrous thinker with a background in product development and marketing. In her current role, she leads collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver the corporate brand experience and marketing strategy for Global and Regional auto shows. Raj’s role also includes implementing brand integration and aligning strategic priorities for key moments at experiences like CES, SEMA, NADA and AirVenture.
CEO, Havas Media Group
Paddy joined Havas in July 2020, after 12 years at Dentsu, where he held several senior leadership positions in the UK and internationally – including three years in the US as President of Vizeum before also becoming MD of 360i. Paddy returned to the UK in 2018 as CEO of Fetch and, in 2019, merged Fetch, 360i and ICUC into dentsu X.

Previous positions include Digital Marketing Director at the World Government Summit and Director of Managed Services at telco Etisalat.

A 17-year Mediahub veteran, Laurel’s passion for innovation compelled her to start the agency’s Radical + Disruptive Lab. In 2017, she was named Ad Age Media Planner of the Year and was also recognised as one of Adweek’s Creative Top 100 in the country. Laurel has worked across pop-culture brands including Netflix, Fox Entertainment, Chipotle, MTV and Zappos.
Managing Director, L’Atelier Asia and China
Geraldine manages L’Atelier with a portfolio spanning fashion, beauty, jewellery, and wines and spirits. She regularly engages C-level stakeholders to identify new opportunities in data and technology to prepare global luxury powerhouses to be more future-proof. Prior to joining L’Atelier, Geraldine spent over five years providing outcome-based marketing advisory and communications strategy to world-renowned brands from the Airlines and Hospitality industry.
Vice President, Media Operations, APAC, Essence
In his role, Shane is responsible for the enablement of advertising technology and the integration of data systems for the ad-serving platforms of Essence's clients in the region. He is charged with ensuring campaign success, from onboarding to campaign architecture and results measurement. His efforts focus on improving data measurement, privacy solutions and brand safety technologies.

Aleksas is a strategist helping organisations set up strategic programmes designed to unlock growth opportunities through culture, product, brand and experience. Currently, he is advising founders and executives in European tech companies, including Whatagraph and Yandex. Formerly Head of Strategy at Wargaming, Aleksas also held leadership roles in Omnicom Group, where he was responsible for clients’ digital strategy and brand transformation.

As FleishmanHillard’s global agency lead for platform and media innovation, Emily develops plans for clients looking to accelerate digital transformation of their storytelling across content marketing, digital strategy, owned editorial strategies, earned media work and social media. She has helped transform the digital and social strategies of IMAX, Absolut, Red Bull, Unilever, Airbnb and American Express, among other notable companies.

Stuart drives the strategic direction and growth of TikTok’s commercial team in Europe. He was previously VP, EMEA & LATAM for Verizon Media. Having worked at Yahoo UK, Virgin Media, Hearst Digital and Microsoft Advertising UK, Stuart became Managing Director, AOL UK during its global Microsoft partnership, overseeing the Yahoo and AOL merge under Verizon’s media technology business Verizon Media.

Before joining OMD in 2020, Marta was Head of Content and Growth at GroupM, where she led content projects and innovation products across all its agencies and their clients. Prior to GroupM, she worked as Head of Innovation at Maxus, Havas and Llorente & Cuenca. Marta has worked on numerous high-profile brands including Pernod Ricard, Fiat, Colgate, Huawei and Netflix.

A seasoned marketing practitioner with specialist capabilities in media and digital, Waithera leads connection planning for over 30 brands in the alcoholic beverage category. Prior to joining EABL, she spent six years at Coca-Cola Central, East and West Africa as the Digital Lead of Integrated Marketing Communications, where she led content and connections in multiple markets in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Ben started his career spending 10 years at Starcom Motive, where he worked on both local and international brands including Honda, Levi’s, Nintendo, and the beer brands Stella Artois, Becks and Brahma. He moved to Mindshare in 2006 to run Diesel, PlayStation, Heineken and Kraft Foods, but returned to Publicis Groupe in 2011 as Zenith’s Group Planning Director for Toyota.

Dan is responsible for turning Starcom’s Human Experience philosophy into real-world experiences. He was previously Global Strategy Partner at Wavemaker. Across the 20 years that Dan has been in the media industry, he has developed and rolled out several planning processes and has worked on 100+ brands in over 20 categories as both a strategist and comms planner.

Partner, Digital Strategy, Mindshare Vietnam
Soumya has over 15 years of experience developing, planning and executing digital strategy in India and Vietnam across WPP agencies such as GroupM and Wunderman. With cross-functional expertise across digital verticals, he has a track record of creating innovative and effective digital solutions across FMCG, telco, tech, auto and real estate for brands such as Unilever, Kimberly Clark, Ford and Microsoft.

Over the last seven years, Monica, who is based at McCann Manchester’s HQ, has curated digital strategies for prolific brands including Magnet Kitchens, Cisco Systems, Oracle, Unilever UK and Matalan. She was responsible for bringing LAB 13 by MRM//McCann to Manchester and, during 2019, played a critical role in the team that drove the social media account win for MCann.

Charli is a seasoned problem-solver who uses logical thinking frameworks to identify and prioritise opportunities for change and improvement across various media and marketing functions. With previous experience heading up Transformation and Consultancy services for PHD in both the Middle East and for Global Business, she has recently been appointed Head of Agency Operations for PHD Global Business.

At Elephant, Luca focuses on designing innovative and meaningful experiences and services for people to experience companies at their best. He has collaborated with brands including Apple, IKEA, McDonald's, Unilever, adidas, Mars, Nike, Google and Uber, and has contributed to work that has been awarded with the Grand Prix for Sustainability at Cannes and the D&AD White Pencil.
